365 Express Shipping Policies
Shipping Schedule:
We receive shipments from our U.S. warehouse five days per week. The delivery timeline for your package depends on when it arrives at our U.S. warehouse and the processing time required by Jamaica Customs.
Accepted Shipping Carriers:
We primarily accept packages from UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS.
Delivery Timeframes:
We offer door-to-door delivery twice weekly.
Shipping Cost Calculation:
Shipping costs are based on the weight and destination of your package. Our current shipping rates are listed on 365ExpressShipping.com and are subject to change. Customers will be given at least two weeks’ notice before any new rates take effect.
Customs Duty Threshold:
We operate within Jamaica Customs’ duty threshold for imported goods.
Return Policy:
We do not handle returns for goods purchased from third parties. Customers must coordinate returns directly with the seller or retailer.
Fragile Item Handling:
We take extra precautions to secure items marked fragile. However, 365 Express Shipping is not liable for any damages that may occur during transit. Customers assume full responsibility for the condition of their shipped items.
Holiday Shipping Schedule:
We do not ship or deliver on major holidays. Any shipments scheduled for those days will be processed and delivered on the next business day.
Address Verification Policy:
To ensure accurate deliveries, we reserve the right to verify shipping addresses before delivery via phone, text, or email.
Undeliverable Package Policy:
We will attempt delivery twice to the provided shipping address. If both attempts are unsuccessful, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to contact us and arrange an alternative delivery method.
Correct Warehouse Address Policy:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they enter the correct 365 Express Shipping U.S. warehouse address when making purchases. 365 Express Shipping assumes no responsibility for packages that are incorrectly addressed or mislabeled. Any issues arising from incorrect addressing are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages Policy:
If there is proof that a package was delivered and received by our U.S. warehouse reception, 365 Express Shipping will make every effort to locate it. However, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been documented as received at our facility. Customers should work with their retailer and the carrier to resolve any disputes regarding missing shipments.
